We're confident that we've arrived at this product through trial and error, using pure Nagoya Cochin chicken for the mince meat, the thinness of the skin, and the size! Our special homemade vinegar soy sauce has a strong citrus scent, and is a perfect combination that removes the greasiness while retaining the aroma and juiciness♪
